2-Ingredient Chocolate-Peppermint Balls

Ingredients

for 15 servings

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips (260 g)
  • ½ cup crushed candy cane (70 g), or peppermint rounds

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave until smooth.
  2. Take out of the microwave and add a splash of water.
  3. Stir the chocolate until it is a thick consistency and sticks to your spoon.
  4. Take a small chunk of the chocolate mixture and roll it into a ball with your hands.
  5. Once you made the ball roll it in your crushed peppermint.
  6. Chill in the fridge until firm.
  7. Serve.
