Ferrero Rocher-inspired Truffles

Ingredients

for 8 servings

  • 14 malted milk biscuits
  • 1 cup
    rice cereal (25 g)
  • ⅔ cup
    chocolate hazelnut spread (200 g)
  • 1 ¼ cups
    milk cooking chocolate (200 g)
  • 2 tablespoons
    butter

Preparation

  1. Blend up the malted milk biscuits and put them into a big mixing bowl.
  2. Fold in the rice cereal and the Nutella.
  3. Take a big pinch of the mixture and roll into balls using your hands. Place the shaped mixture onto some baking paper and chill for 1 hour.
  4. Break up the chocolate and microwave it for 30 seconds, then stir.
  5. Microwave for another 30 seconds stirring again, add the butter and stir until you have a smooth mixture.
  6. Dip the Nutella balls into the chocolate coating them generously and place back onto the baking paper.
  7. Chill for a further 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  8. Enjoy!
