  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup whole milk, or more as needed
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, julienne-style, drained
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley

Preparation
