Freezer Prep Veggie Packed Smoothies 4 Ways

Ingredients

for 2 smoothies

Orange, Mango & Carrot

  • 2 oranges, peeled and separated
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • ½ cup (120 g) milk, or nut milk

Strawberry, Banana & Cauliflower

  • 2 cups (290 g) strawberry
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup (300 g) cauliflower
  • ½ cup (120 g) milk, or nut milk

Kiwi, Pineapple & Spinach

  • 3 kiwis, diced
  • 1 ½ cups (250 g) pineapple, diced
  • 2 cups (80 g) spinach
  • ½ cup (120 g) milk, or nut milk

Berries & Broccoli

  • 1 cup (145 g) strawberry
  • 1 cup (145 g) blackberry
  • 1 cup (125 g) raspberry
  • 1 cup (250 g) broccoli
  • ½ cup (120 mL) milk, or nut milk

Preparation

  1. Excluding the milk, combine all ingredients for each smoothie in a resealable bag and freeze.
  2. NOTE: They can be kept in the freezer for up to 6 months!
  3. Remove from freezer and pour your desired smoothie combination into the blender along with the milk. Blend until smooth, and add more milk if needed.
  4. Enjoy!
