Tunnock's Rocky Road

Ingredients

for 16 pieces

  • 6 tunnock's teacakes
  • 1 ¼ cups
    milk chocolate (200 g)
  • 10 ½ oz
    digestive biscuit, 1 pack (300 g)
  • ½ cup
    butter (135 g)
  • 4 tablespoons
    golden syrup

Preparation

  1. Slice six teacakes into eighths and set aside.
  2. Crush digestives in ziplock bag and set aside.
  3. Melt the butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a bowl placed over a pan of simmering water.
  4. Pour digestives and teacakes into the melted chocolate mix and stir together.
  5. Pour into a lined tray and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Slice into segments.
  7. Enjoy!
