Ingredients

for 12 servings

  • 1 cup
    rosé wine (235 mL)
  • 1 ½ oz
    gelatin powder (40 g)
  • ½ cup
    sugar (100 g)
  • strawberry, diced, optional
  • blueberry, optional
  • rasberries, optional

Preparation

  1. Heat wine in a microwave-safe container for 1 minute, or until hot.
  2. Mix sugar and gelatin into the wine and stir with a whisk until dissolved.
  3. Pour mixture into molds. Add fruit if desired.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Enjoy!
