Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

for 4 servings

  • 1 lb
    carrot (455 g)
  • 3 tablespoons
    olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon
    salt
  • ½ teaspoon
    black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons
    maple syrup
  • fresh parsley, chopped, to serve

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
  2. Add the carrots to a sheet pan, and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and maple syrup.
  3. Roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Top with parsley.
  5. Enjoy!
