Pineapple Coconut Popsicles

Ingredients

for 6 popsicles

  • 1 cup
    coconut flakes (75 g)
  • 1 ½ cups
    pineapple, sliced (370 g)
  • 1 cup
    water (240 mL)

Special Equipment

  • popsicle mold, with 6 slots

Preparation

  1. Cut pineapple into thin slices.
  2. Add coconut shavings and pineapple to the popsicle molds.
  3. Fill in the gaps of air with water.
  4. Freeze the popsicles for at least 5 hours.
  5. Take the frozen popsicles out of the ice molds and enjoy!
