  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli (150 g)
  • 1 cup green beans (360 g)
  • 1 cup sliced carrots (120 g)

Stir-Fry Sauce

  • ½ cup soy sauce (120 mL)
  • ¼ cup honey (85 g)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • cooked rice, for serving

Preparation

  1. Make the stir-fry sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds.
