One-Pan Honey Garlic Salmon & Asparagus

Ingredients

for 4 servings

Aparagus

  • 14 oz
    asparagus, trimmed (395 g)
  • 2 tablespoons
    olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Salmon

  • 1 tablespoon
    olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons
    honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 oz
    salmon, 4 fillets (170 g)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Add the asparagus onto a baking tray and coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  3. Place salmon fillets in the middle of the baking tray.
  4. In a small bowl, add the olive oil, honey, and garlic. Mix until well combined. Coat salmon with mixture.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Serve now or refrigerate in airtight container up to 3-4 days.
  7. Enjoy!
