Oatmeal Raisin Energy Bites

Ingredients

for 4 servings

  • 1 cup
    dry oat (100 g)
  • ¼ cup
    almond butter (60 g)
  • ¼ cup
    honey (85 g)
  • ¼ cup
    raisin (35 g)
  • ¼ cup
    chopped pecan (30 g)
  • ½ teaspoon
    ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon
    vanilla
  • salt, to taste, optional

Preparation

Under 30 min

  1. Mix oats, almond butter and honey in a large bowl.
  2. Add raisins, pecans, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Mix.
  3. Place bowl in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, or until the mixture has solidified.
  4. Mold mixture into bite-sized balls.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!
