Mason Jar Lemon Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

for 8 servings

  • ½ cup
    tahini (75 g)
  • ¼ cup
    fresh basil, finely chopped (10 g)
  • ¼ cup
    fresh cilantro, finely chopped (10 g)
  • ¼ cup
    fresh parsley, finely chopped (10 g)
  • 1 tablespoon
    cumin
  • black pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • ¼ cup
    lemon juice (60 mL)
  • 2 tablespoons
    honey
  • ½ cup
    olive oil (120 mL)
  • ½ cup
    water (120 mL)

Preparation

  1. In a large mason jar, combine the tahini, basil, cilantro, parsley, cumin, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, and water. Shake to combine.
  2. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
  3. Add to a hot pan with food, or serve over salad as you wish!
  4. Enjoy!
