Ingredients

for 12 servings

  • 8 oz
    potato, washed, peeled and cooked (225 g)
  • 8 oz
    green beans, washed and steamed (225 g)
  • 5 oz
    chicken, cooked without seasoning (140 g)
  • water, can use breast milk or formula

Preparation

  1. Cook chicken without any seasoning. Boil or steam potatoes. Steam green beans. Allow all to cool.
  2. Add potatoes, green beans, chicken, and water, breast milk, or formula to a blender or food processor. Blend very well.
  3. Add more liquid as needed.
  4. Refrigerate up to 4 days or freeze up to 1 month.
  5. NOTE: Check with your pediatrician before introducing new foods to children under 12 months.
  6. Enjoy!
