  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup almond flour (30 g)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Preparation
