Ingredients

for 16 servings

  • 2 tablespoons
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon
    fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons
    fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon
    fresh basil, finely chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • ¾ cup
    white wine vinegar (180 mL)
  • 1 cup
    olive oil (240 mL)

Preparation

Under 30 min

  1. Add garlic, oregano, parsley, basil, salt, pepper, white wine vinegar, and olive oil into a mason jar and secure lid tightly.
  2. Shake vigorously until ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
  3. Store dressing in the fridge and use within 1-2 weeks. You may need to shake up the ingredients again before each use.
