Indian-Style Mango Lassi

Ingredients

for 6 servings

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 2 cups
    natural yogurt (500 g)
  • 20 ice cubes
  • ½ cup
    milk (100 mL)
  • ½ cup
    water (100 mL)
  • 1 tablespoon
    brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon
    ground cardamom
  • 1 pinch saffron, to serve

Preparation

Under 30 min

  1. Remove the skin and cores of the mangoes and add the flesh to a blender.
  2. Add in all the ingredients apart from saffron. Blend till smooth.
  3. Serve with a pinch of saffron.
  4. Enjoy!
