Ingredients

for 16 servings

  • 1 tablespoon
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon
    ginger, minced
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons
    sesame oil
  • ¼ cup
    rice vinegar (60 mL)
  • 1 cup
    olive oil (240 mL)
  • ½ cup
    coconut amino (120 mL)

Preparation

  1. Add garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, sesame oil, rice vinegar, olive oil, and coconut aminos into a mason jar and secure lid tightly.
  2. Shake vigorously until ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
  3. Store dressing in the fridge and use within 1-2 weeks. You may need to shake up the ingredients again before each use.
