Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (200 g), fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup yogurt (60 g)
  • 1 cup milk (240 mL)

  • 6 popsicle sticks

Preparation

  1. In a blender mix all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Place six small paper cups on a baking tray and fill the cups with the smoothie and freeze for 15 minutes.
  3. Place one popsicle stick in the center of each cup and freeze again for one hour or until solid.
  4. Rip the paper cups from the popsicle.
  5. Enjoy!
