Ingredients

for 2 servings

  • 1 cup
    fresh spinach (40 g)
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup
    frozen mango (80 g)
  • ½ cup
    frozen pineapple (120 g)
  • ¼ cup
    frozen blueberry (25 g)
  • 1 cup
    water (235 mL)
  • 1 small handful blackberry, or blueberry

Preparation

  1. Using a marker, draw a Frankenstein face on a glass jar.
  2. Add all ingredients (except the berries) to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into the glass jar and top with berries.
  4. Enjoy!
