Ingredients

  • 2 ½ lb chicken drumstick (1 kg)
  • ¾ cup soy sauce (200 mL)
  • ⅓ cup rice vinegar (80 mL)
  • 15 cloves garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon ground pepper
  • 5 tablespoons palm sugar
  • 3 bay leaves

Preparation

  1. Combine the chicken with the other ingredients.
