Easy Peach 'Box' Cobbler

Ingredients

for 12 servings

  • 29 oz
    peach in heavy syrup, 1 can (820 g)
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • ½ cup
    butter, thinly sliced (115 g)
  • vanilla ice cream, optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a 9x18 inch (23x36 cm) glass baking dish, spread the peaches and syrup.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the cake mix over the peaches, and pat down.
  4. Lay the butter evenly over the cake mix.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Top with vanilla ice cream (optional).
  7. Enjoy!
