Easy Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

for 4 servings

  • 1 cup
    fresh cilantro, chopped (40 g)
  • 1 cup
    fresh parsley, chopped (40 g)
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • ¼ cup
    olive oil (60 mL)
  • 2 tablespoons
    red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon
    salt
  • ½ teaspoon
    pepper
  • 1 lime, juiced

Preparation

Under 30 min

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until combined.
  2. Serve the chimichurri with your favorite steak, on chicken wings, roasted potatoes, or as a dressing for your favorite salad!
  3. Enjoy!
