Preparation

  1. Insert a pretzel stick into the bottom of each marshmallow.
  2. Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Melt the bottoms of the chocolate kisses for a few seconds, then stick onto the tops of the marshmallows. Let set for a few minutes, until the chocolate solidifies.
  3. Add the white chocolate to a medium microwave-safe bowl, then melt in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds, until the chocolate is smooth. Add the blue food coloring and stir until the color is homogenous.
  4. With a spoon, generously spread the blue chocolate around the sides of the marshmallow, smoothing with the side of the spoon to remove any excess chocolate. Set on a sheet of wax paper and let set until the chocolate hardens, about 20 minutes.
  5. Transfer the vanilla frosting to a piping bag and decorate the dreidels with the Hebrew letters נ ,ג ,ה ,ש.
  6. Enjoy!
