Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecakes

Ingredients

for 12 cheesecakes

  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, softened (450 g)
  • ½ cup
    sugar (100 g)
  • 2 tablespoons
    flour
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup
    chocolate chips, melted and cooled (175 g)
  • 1 teaspoon
    vanilla extract
  • 12 chocolate peanut butter cups

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and mix until combined.
  4. Fold in melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
  5. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners. Place a peanut butter cup upside down in each cup.
  6. Fill cups ¾-full with cheesecake mixture.
  7. Bake 20 minutes, cool completely, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  8. Enjoy!
