Chocolate Chip 'Box' Brownie Cheesecake

Ingredients

for 6 servings

  • 1 box brownie mix, and ingredients needed to make them
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, softened (455 g)
  • 1 cup
    sugar (200 g)
  • 1 teaspoon
    vanilla
  • 8 oz
    whipped cream, or whipped topping (225 g)
  • 1 cup
    chocolate chips (175 g)

Preparation

  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, and pour the batter into a springform pan. Bake according to package instructions, and cool completely.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in vanilla and whipped cream, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture over the cooled brownie in the springform pan.
  5. Decorate with toppings of your choice, or just leave it plain!
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  7. Enjoy!
