Brownie Fudge Pudding

Ingredients

for 4 servings

  • ½ cup
    brown sugar (100 g)
  • ½ cup
    butter, melted (100 g)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon
    vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup
    plain flour (100 g)
  • ¼ cup
    cocoa powder (50 g)
  • ½ teaspoon
    baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon
    salt
  • ¼ cup
    dark chocolate chip (50 g)
  • ¼ cup
    white chocolate chip (50 g)
  • whipped cream, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180°C).
  2. Whisk the brown sugar and butter in a bowl.
  3. Whisk in the egg and vanilla.
  4. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Divide the batter between 4 ramekins, or any other oven-proof pots you may have lying around in the kitchen.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked but still fudgey inside.
  8. Serve with whipped cream.
  9. Enjoy!
