Ingredients

- 1 cup blueberries (150 g), fresh or frozen and thawed
- 1 cup blackberries (150 g), fresh or frozen and thawed
- ¼ cup sugar (50 g)
- ¼ cup lemon juice (60 mL)
- 750 mL Stella Rosa® Black Wine (750 mL)
- ½ cup Stella Rosa® Smooth Black Brandy (120 mL)
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme, plus more for garnish
- 2 cups berry-flavored soda water (480 mL)

Preparation
- Add the blueberries, blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a large pitcher and muddle until the berries have broken down and the sugar has dissolved, 1–2 minutes.
- Stir in the Stella Rosa® Black Wine, Stella Rosa® Smooth Black Brandy, and the thyme. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
- Just before serving, stir in the berry-flavored soda water.
- Serve the sangria, garnished with more thyme sprigs.
- Enjoy!
