BBQ Chicken Dippers

Ingredients

for 4 servings

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough, refrigerated
  • 1 ½ cups
    shredded chicken (190 g)
  • 1 cup
    BBQ sauce, divided (260 g)
  • 1 cup
    shredded cheddar cheese (100 g)
  • ½ cup
    red onion, diced (75 g)
  • 2 tablespoons
    fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with ½ cup (115) barbecue sauce. Set aside.
  3. Spread pizza dough out on a parchment-lined pan.
  4. Bake 10 minutes.
  5. Top with remaining barbecue sauce, cheddar, chicken, mozzarella, red onion, and parsley.
  6. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Slice and dip!
  8. Enjoy!
